He has been awarded numerous times for both personal & team success, and plans to grow even deeper within the community to help serve those with real estate needs.       Alison is the full-time Director Of Operations for the Moore Maguire Group, and leads the team in developing strategies, meeting goals, and carrying out the team vision. Her decade long experience in sales has crafted a well-rounded understanding of how a functional and thriving team operates, and she tends to the needs of both her clients and staff to make sure that the overall experience of her business is met to the highest of standards. Alison's primary focus is to keep a clear and purposeful focus to grow both her employees and business sphere.

        A familiar face in Chester County, Richard Moore was the owner of the well-known Brandywine Hardware & Farm Center Inc. for 24 years. Richard has a great deal of business expertise in sales, business marketing and management. Over the years, Richard has bought, sold, and managed many real estate projects including his historic family farm, Osborne Hill in West Chester.

She's a University of Pittsburgh graduate, a prominent Spanish speaker, and she's passionate about client care. Kellen maintains maintains a consistent search for each of her buying clients through being on top of newly listed homes, prospecting daily for upcoming listings in the buyer's desired community through outbound calls, door knocking to see who's potentially selling, and quickly following up on any buyer needs.

              As the transaction manager, Lindi works to ensure each transaction arrives seamlessly to the closing table, while providing excellent customer service to our clients. With over 12 years in the education sector focusing on project management and providing world class customer service to internal and external customers, Lindi created the opportunity to manage the complete renovation of the school's administration building, which in many ways prepared her to more effortlessly navigate the behind the scenes world of the real estate industry. With her ability to see the big picture, down to the minute detail, Lindi is dedicated to do everything in her power to ensure that our clients have an excellent experience throughout their transaction.
